I prayed & cried out to God for His will about this journey. Even though I'm nervous, I'm excited & feel peace about this decision. I started getting pretty chunky at the age of 10. I was in my early 20's realizing my size was my age. I got all the way up to size 28-30 and put a stop to it. I got back down to size 22-24 & been stuck there for years. I'm 43 years old & feel tired all the time. My knees hurt & have constant migraines. I feel like God wants me to do more but my weight has been burdening me down. My insecurities & self esteem get the best of me. I prayed about having this surgery about a year ago & started talking with others who had it. My insurance finally covers it so I started my journey.
