  My Mom   My mom is my best friend, it was just her and me Even though she was lost and couldn’t see She was the one who kept my heart beating   Her soul awakened when I was born It was long overdue because she was in mourn She would always make sure I was taken care of The sacrifices she made, I was unaware of   Over the years, we may not have always agreed But her love stays true and unconditionally My mom is still my best friend, from this day We are so blessed to have a full family that came our way   By Terri Mae Cox Happy Mother’s Day 05/07/2021    

Miracles   by Terri Cox Miracles still happen the waymaker said He just asked us to believe what we read The Word stands strong, He is faithful & true. Yes, our beloved heavenly Father, that is who! Don't give up, there isn't time now Get on your knees & pray to make a vow. His promise is true, like I said.  The promise keeper, that is who we read! 

Promise   by Terri Cox I prayed for you from the very beginning. I never understood why no one was listening.  I always imagined you would have my green eyes  & your fathers red hair.  It didn't matter if you were a girl or boy, because you would be an answered prayer. The day we found out you would never come, is the day I felt forever numb.  I cried out to God again why me, was I not worthy?  He said my child, I have heard your cries. I promise one day you will see with your own eyes.  That day came and I never new, the promise of many that came out of the blue.  Remember,  God's promise is always true, just be patient enough for His perfect plans for you.
